Kalama School District (KSD) is now accepting registration forms for its full-day kindergarten program at Kalama Elementary School. The program provides young children with the opportunity to develop essential social, emotional and problem-solving skills, preparing them for success in later grades and life.
The 2021 fall kindergarten class will be the first group of students able to spend the entirety of their elementary years in the brand new Kalama Elementary School. Learn more about the new facility, here.
To register your child for the upcoming school year, pick up a registration packet from the school or request one be mailed to your home by calling 360-673-5207 or by sending an email to Carey Sweyer at carey.sweyer@kalama.k12.wa.us.
KSD encourages families to register before June 1, 2021 to secure a spot and to help the district plan for appropriate staffing levels. To be eligible for Kindergarten, a child must turn 5 years old on or before August 31.
