Kindergarten registration opens TODAY! Please stop by the elementary office between 8:00am and 4:00pm to pick up a packet. If your child will be 5 years old on or before August 31 they can start kindergarten Fall 2021. Questions? Call the elementary office at 360-673-5207.

Parent-teacher conferences will take place during the first week of March for all Kalama Elementary students. Early 12 p.m. releases are planned (KES only) for March 4-5 to accommodate the conference schedule.

Friday (2/12) is a scheduled Staff Contract Day and there is no in-person learning or activities in the district. Look to your student’s teacher for details, as they can assign students remote work that day. Also, no school on Monday due to Presidents’ Day!
Reminder: There will be no school and no meal service on Monday and Tuesday (Jan. 25-26) due to staff contract days. Classes will resume on Wednesday, Jan. 27.
