Lunch today is southwest chicken pizza and Caesar salad.  

ALL SCHOOL NEWS  The Kalama Fair is looking for girls 7-12th grade to become fair princesses. One princess will become queen and receive a $1000 college scholarship. All princesses get to participate in local parades, fancy dinners, and even a weekend getaway at the beach! If you are interested, informational flyers can be picked up in the office.

Vision Re-screenings are Feb 10th at starting at 8:45 am.  We will finish the 5th and 7th graders and also do the 4th graders.  We will also get everyone who was absent on 2/3 for the initial screening.

HIGH SCHOOL  The Applications and Recommendations for Cispus Counselors are due by 3pm on February 12th.  At this time only 6 students have turned in completed applications.  Incomplete packets will not be considered.

Next Wednesday, February 12th is Diversity Club at lunch in White’s room. WE are going to learn about Samoan Culture from an expert! Please bring your lunch and join us.

Drama Club: Please return your Ashland applications to Mr. Josten before lunch on Monday. 

Tickets for Tolo are on sale at lunch in senior hall.  $15 single and $25 couple.  Dance is February 15 at 155 Elm St. in Kalama (the old antique building)

MIDDLE SCHOOL   MS Art Club will meet in the art room during lunch today.

SPORTS & ACTIVITIES    There will be an open workout up at the track every day starting at 3:20. Anyone is welcome to attend (doesn't have to just be track kids) Coach Shipley and Coach Hodges will be up there running it.

All JV boys’ basketball team and (C team) please turn in your uniform and practice gear to Coach Armstrong after school.

Family ID is now open for spring sports!  Get registered today!  Remember You must register AGAIN even if you have played a previous sport.  Make sure you have an ASB card and a current sports physical on file.  If you have any questions, see Teresa in the office.

There will be a meeting during lunch in the library today for 8th graders wanting to try out for cheer? You can pick up a packet in the office.
