Conferences will be held on March 13th & March 14th for Kalama High School. All 9th & 11th graders are required to come in for a student led conference as a part of their High School and Beyond Plan. All seniors are required to come in for a Mock Interview with a staff member on March 13th or 14th as well. Each of these steps are graduation requirements.

Winter break December 18 - January 1, school will resume January 2. The district office will be open December 18-21, 26, and 27.

Secondary science curriculum approved for adoption at the board meeting on December 11, 2023 is available for review at the district office through December 20, 2023. Please contact the district office at 360-673-5282 to arrange a time to review if interested.

The 2023-2024 school year has officially begun! Welcome back, students & families!
Class schedules will be available for grades 9-12 to see in Skyward on August 25th. A 9th Grade Navigation Night will be held on Aug 28th from 6pm-7pm. Students can pick up their schedule in Senior Hall in the HS and walk around the school to see where their classes will be located. Administrators and counseling staff will be available to answer questions during this time.

REMINDER! All fines, fees and school food service balances must be paid by the last day of school, Friday, June 16. SENIORS must have them paid by Friday, June 9. You may pay online or at your school office. If you need to arrange payments please contact the district office at 360-673-5282.
Attention 8th Grade Parents: We will be hosting an 8th grade "Transition to High School" meeting on Monday 3/27 at 6:00 in the Lower Commons of the MS/HS building. This will be an opportunity for students and parents to hear more about the class of 2027 graduation requirements and choosing classes for 9th grade. Due to current road conditions, schools are operating on a 2-hour delay & bus snow routes are in effect for routes 503, 504, 505 & 506 beyond Rogers Rd. School will start at 10:30 a.m. (KES) or 10:40 a.m. (KMS/KHS). No a.m. Little Nooks Preschool.
Due to slick roads in higher elevations, a limited number of school buses are on snow routes this morning: Route 503, Route 505 & Route 506 (with no bus service beyond Rogers Road). Impacted families will receive a notification from our bus transportation provider, KWRL.
