Students and Staff: The leadership students have put up the GIVING TREE in senior hall and we have many opportunities to make someone else's Christmas wishes come true.  Please stop by the tree and select a few items to purchase - return them unwrapped, to the library, tomorrow.  And enjoy the SEASON of CARING!

Interested in attending a performance of the Tony Award winning musical, “Dear Evan Hansen” at the Keller Auditorium?  It will be 2pm on Saturday February 8th at the Keller Auditorium in Portland. Cost is $45 and can be paid for in the office.  Transportation will be provided. 

HIGH SCHOOL  Your Kalama FFA is doing a pet food drive to support the fur babies in local shelters.  Please bring pet food, shampoo and other supplies to the band room.  See the flyers around campus for specific ideas.

All FFA members, there will be a meeting today at lunch, please plan to attend

For the Winter Assembly, we will be having an epic Lip Sync Battle. Do you have what it takes to take it home? If yes, grab your group together and snatch a sign-up sheet in the office.  Fill it out and turn it in to Wright or the office by end of the day.

He’s mischievous, he’s cunning, he is White the Elf and he will be hiding somewhere on campus through the 13th. If you find him, return him to office for a reward of color wars points for your class and a prize.

We are behind middle school in the food drive and need more food and supplies for the drive. And we ask that you bring in more in order for KHS to be successful in the drive. Remember that if you donate you get color wars points for you as well as a party if your teacher wins!

Grades 9-12, Have you , a loved one, or friend been affected by cancer?  Cancer Unwrapped wants to hear from you!   Come see Mrs. Dye in the library for scholarship information regarding your experience with cancer.

MIDDLE SCHOOL  There are still a lot of ornaments on the Giving Tree.  Grab what you can and take it to the library by Monday. 

Update on the food drive, 6th grade is in last place with 435 items, 8th is next with 620 and 7th grade is in the lead with 718 items.  Keep up the great work.  Remember that each grade that gets 1000 items by next Wednesday gets to play bingo on Friday the 20th.
