SPORTS Attention Spring sports athletes: Track and Field (or any sport/athlete) weight training/conditioning routine beginning on Jan 14 and ending Feb 21. Monday through Thursday 3-4:30. Coach Pat Shipley is going to work with anyone who wants to come and get ready for spring sports.
